IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE RECURSOS TECNOLÓGICOS EM SALA DE AULA POR DOCENTES FORMADOS DE 1990 A 2010: DIFICULDADES E PARTICULARIDADES

A tecnologia é o principal instrumento auxiliador do avanço da sociedade. É evidente que, por estarmos em mundo digital e globalizado, essa está presente em todos os setores de nossas vidas. No ambiente escolar, não é diferente fruto da modernização dos instrumentos e metodologias que têm buscado progressos no processo de ensino aprendizagem. Porém, apesar de sua incontestável contribuição, é comum haver diversas dificuldades para a sua implantação em sala de aula devido a diversos problemas encontrados, principalmente, por docentes cujas formações ocorreram em um período de transição para a era digital, isto é, em que começou aos poucos haver a inserção de equipamentos nesse meio. A pesquisa teve como base artigos científicos, livros, sites, revistas, documentos relacionados com o tema bem como para coleta de dados foram aplicados formulários objetivando a compreensão das dificuldades da implementação de recursos tecnológicos na sala de aula por docentes em uma cidade do Piauí graduados no período de 1990 a 2010. A partir da análise dos dados foi possível compreender que a dificuldade para implantar os equipamentos bem como a ausência de uma formação continuada são os pontos cruciais dessa problemática. Por fim, este trabalho mostra que a partir do entendimento das dificuldades de implantação da tecnologia na escola é possível, a partir de uma logística de investimento, seja no fornecimento de equipamentos e formações, seja no profissional, atingir esse objetivo com eficiência.

ABSTRACT:
Technology is the main support for the advancement of society. It is evident that, as we live in a digital and globalized world, this is present in all sectors of our lives. In the school environment, it is no different as a result of the modernization of instruments and methodologies that have sought progress in the teaching-learning process. However, despite its undeniable contribution, it is common to have several difficulties in its implementation in the classroom due to various problems encountered, mainly by teachers whose training took place in a period of transition to the digital age, that is, when it began gradually there will be the insertion of equipment in this environment. The research was based on scientific articles, books, websites, magazines, and documents related to the theme, as well as for data collection, forms wereapplied to understand the difficulties of implementing technological resources in the classroom by teachers in the city of Piauí in the period from 1990 to 2010. From the analysis of the data,
it was possible to understand that the difficulty to implement the equipment as well as the absence of continuous training are the crucial points of this problem. Finally, this work shows that from the understanding of the difficulties of implementing technology in the school, it is possible, from an investment logistics, either in the supply of equipment and training or in the professional, to reach this objective efficiently.
